iPSC-Derived Forebrain Neural Progenitor Cells
Catalog No.:
JY03-02-01
Specification:
1×106cells/vial
Storage Conditions:
Liquid nitrogen
Product Introduction:
Forebrain neural progenitor cells are immature cells with the potential to differentiate into neurons. When subjected to directed induction and differentiation using Somax's Forebrain Neuron Differentiation Kit (Catalog No.: R3-02-01), they can efficiently and stably differentiate into functionally mature forebrain glutamatergic neurons, which specifically express forebrain neuron markers (such as MAP2, FOXG1) and glutamatergic neuron-specific protein VGLUT1.
Product Advantages

When used with the matching kit, this product exhibits high differentiation efficiency and good reproducibility, providing a reliable cellular tool for the research on the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative diseases, drug screening, and neural regenerative medicine research

Operation Procedures and Precautions

After receiving the cells, observe and record any signs of thawing during transportation and the integrity of the cryovials.(

Transfer to liquid nitrogen immediately; temporary storage at -80℃ is allowed, but prolonged storage is strictly prohibited.

Recommended recovery culture system for cryovials: 2 wells of a 6-well plate.

Application Scope:
This product is for research use only and not for clinical treatment or other purposes.
