Seed iPSCs at a density of 100,000 cells per well (six-well plate) onto a layer of Soma Stem Cell Seeding Solution (R2-02-01) in iPSC Maintenance Medium (Cat. No.: R2-01-01). Add either CEPT or Y27632 (10 μM) to the culture medium, then remove the solution after 48 hours. It can be observed that CEPT significantly enhances iPSC adhesion compared to Y27632 (D1); iPSCs in CEPT-containing medium exhibit significantly greater expansion capacity than those in Y27632-containing medium (D2); after CEPT removal, the cells rapidly revert to the typical pluripotent stem cell morphology (D3).
