The iPSC Maintenance Medium is a chemically defined, animal-derived protein-free complete medium suitable for feeder-free culture of hESCs/iPSCs. hESCs/iPSCs can proliferate rapidly in this maintenance medium while maintaining a good cellular state (relatively small cytoplasm volume, clear edges, and compact, flat cell colonies).

Optimized based on the E8 system, Somax's iPSC Maintenance Medium supports long-term culture of iPSCs and hESCs, maintaining stable karyotype and genomic stability.

In terms of cell growth density, proliferation rate, and SSEA4 positive rate, Somax's iPSC Maintenance Medium is comparable to well-known imported counterparts, with higher cost-effectiveness.

Operation Procedures and Precautions

1. A small amount of precipitation may precipitate from the additives during thawing, which is a normal phenomenon and does not affect use. Please mix thoroughly before combining with the base medium. Note: Do not thaw the additives at 37℃, as a large amount of precipitation will precipitate, affecting the medium's titer.

2. Do not repeatedly water-bath the complete medium at 37℃, as it will inactivate some factors. Allow it to equilibrate at room temperature before use.
