
The Cell Differentiation Coating Solution is a ready-to-use working solution prepared with Matrigel. When used in conjunction with Somax's specific directed differentiation kits, it better assists stem cells in downstream differentiation.
This product is ready-to-use and can be aliquoted for storage after opening.
1. Aliquoting: Thaw the Cell Differentiation Coating Solution in a 2~8℃ refrigerator one day in advance; prepare sterile, dry pipettes or tips, and pre-cool centrifuge tubes in a -20℃ refrigerator. Place the thawed Cell Differentiation Coating Solution on ice in a biosafety cabinet, and aliquot the coating solution into centrifuge tubes using pre-cooled pipettes or tips (aliquot according to 20mL/vial or 1~2 weeks of usage) and store at -20℃.
2. Plate Coating: Completely cover the bottom of the dish with the cell coating solution according to the following table, incubate in a 37℃ incubator for 2 hours before use, or seal the culture plate with parafilm and store at 4℃ for no more than 2 weeks.
