Somax's Neuronal Cell Coating Solution enhances the interaction between neurons and the matrix, maintains long-term extension of neuronal synapses, continuously promotes synaptic plasticity, and ensures structural stability for up to 2 months. It is suitable for research requiring long-term observation of synaptic dynamics, such as Alzheimer's disease models.
1. Thaw Neuronal Cell Coating Solution 1/2 in a 2~8℃ refrigerator two days in advance.
2. According to the following table, completely cover the bottom of the dish with Neuronal Cell Coating Solution 1 and incubate overnight in a 37℃ incubator. Aspirate and discard after 24 hours, wash twice with PBS, and air-dry with the lid open in a biosafety cabinet. After air-drying, add an equal volume of Neuronal Cell Coating Solution 2 to the same well and incubate in a 37℃ incubator for more than 2 hours, or overnight.
3. When using, take out the coated plate, aspirate and discard Neuronal Cell Coating Solution 2, and add the cell suspension.
