Ready-to-use coating solution, eliminating concerns about performance differences caused by excessively long or short Matrigel thawing time. When used in combination with iPSC Maintenance Medium, it can stably maintain the pluripotency, rapid proliferation ability, and normal karyotype of human ESCs/iPSCs in in vitro culture.
This product is ready-to-use and can be aliquoted for storage after opening.。
Aliquoting: Thaw the Stem Cell Coating Solution in a 2~8℃ refrigerator one day in advance; prepare sterile, dry pipettes or tips, and pre-cool centrifuge tubes in a -20℃ refrigerator. Place the thawed Stem Cell Coating Solution on ice in a biosafety cabinet, and aliquot the coating solution into centrifuge tubes using pre-cooled pipettes or tips (aliquot according to 20mL/vial or 1~2 weeks of usage) and store at -20℃.
Plate Coating: Completely cover the bottom of the dish with the cell coating solution according to the following table, incubate in a 37℃ incubator for 2 hours before use, or seal the culture plate with parafilm and store at 4℃ for no more than 2 weeks.
