Product Introduction:
This product is a human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC-GFP/mCherry) reporter cell line independently developed by Somax. It is efficiently induced from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) via non-integrating reprogramming technology. High-efficiency transduction is achieved by constructing plasmid vectors and using a lentiviral packaging system, enabling stable integration and continuous expression of green/red fluorescent protein genes in the target cell genome, thereby obtaining long-term traceable fluorescent labeling effects.

Operation Procedures and Precautions

After receiving the cells, observe and record any signs of thawing during transportation and the integrity of the cryovials.

Transfer to liquid nitrogen immediately; temporary storage at -80℃ is allowed, but prolonged storage is strictly prohibited.

Recommended recovery culture system for cryovials: 2 wells of a 6-well plate.
