Product Introduction:
This product is generated by introducing the neurogenic transcription factor Neurogenin-2 (NGN2) gene into healthy donor-derived iPSCs via lentiviral vector. The exogenous NGN2 gene is controlled by the tetON promoter and rtTA transregulatory element, enabling stable expression upon Doxcyclin induction. When used in conjunction with Somax's NGN2-mediated Neuron Differentiation Kit (Catalog No.: R3-02-02), this cell line can efficiently and rapidly differentiate into mature functional neurons.

Operation Procedures and Precautions

After receiving the cells, observe and record any signs of thawing during transportation and the integrity of the cryovials.

Transfer to liquid nitrogen immediately; temporary storage at -80℃ is allowed, but prolonged storage is strictly prohibited.

Recommended recovery culture system for cryovials: 2 wells of a 6-well plate.
