It ensures high cell survival rate and regular colony morphology, while providing a standardized operation process to significantly improve experimental reproducibility. It is an ideal basic tool for maintaining iPSCs in optimal condition and ensuring the reliability of downstream research.
This product is ready-to-use and can be aliquoted for storage after opening. Taking one well of a 6-well plate as an example: aspirate and discard the supernatant, add 1 mL PBS for washing, aspirate and discard the PBS, add 1 mL EDTA Digestive Solution to each well, incubate in a 37℃ incubator for 2~3 minutes, and end the incubation when loose cracks appear in the cell colonies under the microscope. Transfer to a biosafety cabinet, aspirate and discard the EDTA, aspirate 1-2 mL DMEM/F12, pipette the cells up and down twice each to break the colonies into small clumps of 10-50 cells. Collect the cells into a centrifuge tube and centrifuge at 300g for 3 minutes.
