Storage and Thawing:Store all components of the kit at the specified temperature for long-term use. Thaw components stored at -20℃ slowly at 4℃ before use, avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. It is recommended to aliquot and store according to single-use volume.
Pre-use Inspection:Centrifuge briefly and mix gently before use. Do not use if precipitation, turbidity, or bottle damage is found.
Strictly Follow Protocol:Be sure to use the latest version of the operation manual provided with the kit. Do not arbitrarily adjust steps, time, or reagent ratios to ensure the reproducibility of differentiation results.
Cell State Requirements:Only applicable to iPSC lines with good state and stable pluripotency. The density and state of initial cells are crucial for differentiation efficiency.
Specialized and Pure:All components of the kit are designed specifically for the supporting workflow. Do not mix with other systems. Use sterile techniques during operation to avoid microbial contamination.
Usage Statement:This product is for research use only, not for clinical diagnosis, treatment, or in vivo application in animals/humans.
Experimental Design Suggestion:To ensure experimental success, it is recommended to operate in batches and set cell density gradients when using for the first time.

Under bright field, transparent tubular structures in the spheres of 3D renal organoids can be observed, which have the basic characteristics of podocytes, distal tubules, and proximal tubules, and possess endocytic function.
