iPSC-Derived Cardiomyocytes
Catalog No.:
JY03-01-01
Specification:
1×106cells/支
Storage Conditions:
Liquid nitrogen
Product Introduction:
This product is ready-to-use, high-purity cardiomyocyte-like cells derived from normal iPSCs, mainly composed of ventricular cardiomyocyte-like cells with spontaneous contractile ability. These cells express cardiomyocyte-specific proteins—cardiac troponin T (cTnT) and MLC2V key markers. Meanwhile, cardiomyocyte-like cells possess classical cardiomyocyte electrophysiological activity and can respond normally to electrical, biochemical, and mechanical stimuli like cardiomyocytes. For example, in electrophysiological and calcium transduction signal recording, these cells can serve as ideal tools for new drug screening, toxicological assays, and other physiological research, suitable for basic and clinical scientific research applications.
Product Advantages

Unlike traditional murine cardiomyocytes, this product is a high-purity in vitro differentiated human cardiomyocyte-like cell. Strict quality control ensures the cardiomyocyte purity exceeds 90%. It possesses cardiomyocyte-specific contractile function, providing a more accurate model for scientific research

Operation Procedures and Precautions

After receiving the cells, observe and record any signs of thawing during transportation and the integrity of the cryovials.

Transfer to liquid nitrogen immediately; temporary storage at -80℃ is allowed, but prolonged storage is strictly prohibited.

Recommended recovery culture system for cryovials: 2 wells of a 6-well plate.

Application Scope:
This product is for research use only and not for clinical treatment or other purposes.
