Product Introduction：

This product is vascular endothelial-like cells induced and differentiated from healthy donor-derived iPSCs. The cells are irregular polygonal or spindle-shaped, expressing specific surface markers CD144 (VE-cadherin) and CD31 (PECAM-1) on the endothelial cell surface. They have angiogenesis ability in in vitro matrix and can also be used for physiological observation, transplantation, drug screening and other aspects.

Operation Procedures and Precautions

After receiving the cells, observe and record any signs of thawing during transportation and the integrity of the cryovials.（

Transfer to liquid nitrogen immediately; temporary storage at -80℃ is allowed, but prolonged storage is strictly prohibited.

Recommended recovery culture system for cryovials: 2 wells of a 6-well plate.
