Product Introduction:
This product is renal podocyte-like cells induced and differentiated from healthy donor-derived iPSCs. Renal podocytes, also known as glomerular epithelial cells, are star-shaped with multiple processes, large cell bodies, and finger-like interdigitating protrusions.
Product Advantages

Renal podocyte-like cells are similar to in vivo podocytes in morphological characteristics and express podocyte-specific markers, such as Podocin (glomerular podocyte transmembrane protein), Synaptopodin (actin-related protein in podocytes and dendritic spines), and WT-1 (Wilm's Tumor Protein), with a purity higher than 90%. This product can be widely used in basic research, drug development, clinical translational research and other fields

Operation Procedures and Precautions

After receiving the cells, observe and record any signs of thawing during transportation and the integrity of the cryovials.

Transfer to liquid nitrogen immediately; temporary storage at -80℃ is allowed, but prolonged storage is strictly prohibited.

Recommended recovery culture system for cryovials: 2 wells of a 6-well plate.
