Product Introduction：

The Tri-lineage Differentiation Characterization Kit B, independently developed by SomaxBio, is an efficient and reliable assay tool specially designed for accurate detection following the differentiation of iPSCs/ESCs into three germ layers. This kit targets Nestin, α-SMA and SOX17, specific markers for ectoderm, mesoderm and endoderm respectively. All primary antibodies are formulated at a unified dilution ratio for immunofluorescence staining. Combined with the secondary antibodies supplied in the kit, it enables specific characterization of three-germ-layer differentiation. Validated in multiple rounds of experiments, it delivers clear and consistent results.

Operation Procedures and Precautions

This product is supplied in small-volume single-tube aliquots. Briefly centrifuge (200 RCF, 30 s) before first use upon receipt to ensure all reagents are collected at the bottom of the tube.
