Product Introduction：

SomaBio’s self-developed Pluripotent Stem Cell Identification Kit is an efficient and reliable identification tool dedicated to marker detection of iPSCs/ESCs. The kit contains 4 primary antibodies: Sox2, Oct4, Nanog, TRA-1-60, and 2 secondary antibodies: 594 (red) and 488 (green). All primary antibodies are used for immunofluorescence staining at a unified dilution ratio. Combined with the secondary antibodies supplied in the kit, stable identification of pluripotent stem cell markers can be achieved. Validated in multiple rounds of experiments, the results are clear and reliable.

Operation Procedures and Precautions

This product is supplied in small-volume single tubes. Before first use upon receipt, perform a brief centrifugation (200 RCF, 30 s) to ensure full collection of reagents at the bottom of the tube.
