Product Introduction：

iNPC Differentiation Kit is an efficient cell differentiation tool independently developed by Soma Bio. It is designed specifically for the directed induction of human pluripotent stem cells (hESC/iPSC) into neural progenitor cells. Leveraging an optimized combination of small-molecule compounds and growth factors, this product enables an efficient and stable differentiation process with a differentiation efficiency of over 90%. The resulting neural progenitor cells exhibit high expression of neural progenitor markers including PAX6, NESTIN and SOX2, while the expression of mature neuronal markers such as TUJ1 remains low. These cells possess the capacity to differentiate into various neuronal subtypes and astrocytes. It is suitable for basic and preclinical research applications.
