Product Introduction：

The iGABA Neuron Differentiation Kit is an efficient cell differentiation tool independently developed by SomaxBio. It is specially designed for the directed induction of human pluripotent stem cells (hESCs/iPSCs) into GABAergic inhibitory neurons. Adopting an optimized combination of small-molecule compounds and growth factors, this product supports efficient and stable differentiation. The resulting cells express GABAergic neuron markers including VGAT, NKX2.1, GAD65/GAD67 and TUJ1, and display typical characteristics of GABAergic neurons. It is suitable for research on epileptic pathogenesis, GABAergic neuron development, neurotoxicity assessment, candidate drug screening and the establishment of human disease models.
